Refund Policy

Introductory offer
Eligible companies pay €1, US$1 or CA$1 for the first 7 days. This is not a free trial. At the end of those 7 days, the selected plan renews automatically at the monthly or annual amount shown at checkout unless you cancel before the next charge. The introductory offer is available once per company.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
Charges recur monthly or annually in the selected billing interval. Annual charges cover the year and are not monthly instalments. Cancel through your billing area and the Stripe customer portal before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. Cancellation scheduled for period end normally preserves access until that date and stops future renewal. Check the confirmation for the effective date.
When we review refunds
Cancellation or non-use does not automatically generate a refund for a charge already made, including an introductory payment or an annual subscription. We assess requests individually, considering service use, the circumstances and applicable law. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, a renewal charged despite a valid prior cancellation, or technical failures that materially prevented use are grounds to request a review. A refund is not guaranteed solely because a request is submitted.
How to request a review
Email the contact below, preferably within 30 days of noticing the issue. Include your account email, charge date, amount, currency, invoice reference if available and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords or full card details. This suggested contact period does not shorten mandatory legal rights. We may request information needed to verify the charge and explain the decision after review; complicated cases can take longer. Contact us if you cannot use the billing portal.
Approved refunds and legal rights
Payments and approved refunds are processed through Stripe, normally to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary; approval does not mean funds appear immediately. A refund request does not itself cancel future renewals, so also cancel if you do not wish to continue. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory refund, withdrawal or consumer rights where they apply, even though M7Clean is intended for business use.
